M240 Heatshield – Handguard

We have both new and surplus condition. New are clean with superficial scratches from storage and movement in bins.  Surplus are dusty, some oil, and light use marks. Both are fully functional and ready for installation. No severe condition issues on either type. No bent rails on the surplus items. Works on Guns thru 30MM. This item allows heat to dissipate equally, to prevent a mirage of heat. This also acts as a protector to prevent operator skin burning. It attaches to the barrel or receiver of a rifle or machine gun and may have other items attached, such as a scope or sighting devices. It is made of plastic and or metal.
